Q: What's the difference between standard rooms and suites?

Standard rooms (Baiyun, Fuyun) have a shared bathroom. Suites (Xianyun, Yunhai, View Room) have a private bathroom with washlet toilet, thermostatic shower, and bathroom warmer.

Q: Is breakfast included?

Yes, breakfast is included with your stay. Please let us know your selection by 8 pm the night before (Facebook message or at check-in).

The first-floor dining area has bottled drinking water and a hot water flask.
Please take care with hot water, and keep children supervised near it.

The second floor is for rooms and quiet rest — no eating or drinking there please. For meals, use the first-floor living room and dining area.

Please keep quiet after 10 PM. Gambling or mahjong is not permitted. Guests who cannot comply after being asked will have their stay terminated without refund.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, rooms, and on the balcony. Please use the designated outdoor smoking area. A cleaning fee of NT$1,000 will be charged if tobacco odor is detected indoors after check-out.
3.
Pets are not allowed. This policy protects guests with allergies and maintains the quality of the space. Thank you for understanding.
4.
For the safety of children, please do not allow running indoors or outdoors, climbing on railings or stairs, or unsupervised access to windows.
5.
Please be careful with hot water in the bathroom to avoid burns. Wet bathroom floors may be slippery.
6.
To conserve energy, please remove your room card and turn off all power when leaving. Return your card and key to the front desk at check-out.
7.
Non-consumable amenities (such as hair dryers) are for use in-room only — please do not take them. If you love something, ask us where it came from.
8.
Please treat all furnishings and equipment with care. Damage or loss will require compensation. We appreciate your cooperation.
